The mission of a Toastmaster Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
The Freehold Phrasers annually elect seven officers who make up our Executive Committee. Although all our members play an important role in making the Club educational and enjoyable, the Executive Committee is responsible for meeting quality and for the long-term success of our Club.
